If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your device in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
